- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Our Response to Infringement Claims
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, we will act expeditiously to:
- Remove or disable access to the material that is alleged to be infringing.
- Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled.
- Provide the user with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed in error.
We reserve the right to remove content without prior notice when we receive a valid DMCA notification.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days, unless we first receive notice that the original complainant has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to make this determination at our sole discretion based on the nature and frequency of reported violations.
False Notifications
Please be aware that submitting a DMCA notification with materially false information may result in liability for damages, including costs and legal fees incurred by the alleged infringer, Lovviro, and copyright owners. We take the accuracy and integrity of all notifications seriously and may pursue appropriate action where false or misleading claims are identified.
Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our platform. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
